First and Second Week of October 2018 Flight Prices - WHAT'S UP ?!?!?

I have been looking at flight prices for the first and second week of October from ATL to MCO. We go this time every year. The week before and the week after have the normal prices that I would expect, however, these weeks are 2, 3 or even 4 times higher. This includes, Delta, United, American, SW, etc.

Does anyone know what is magic about these dates this year?
