Grand Californian Concierge

Has anyone stayed in the Grand Californian, Concierge Level, Park View? We just made our reservations today for April, and I am wondering what kinds of things/benefits are included with the concierge level. Any impressions????

but I did hear guest complaining about noise if they stayed with a DCA view. If it were me, I would do it anyway, it would be a cool view I think. But I can sleep through anything!
