Grocery stop?

Does anyone know how much time Tiffany's allows you for a grocey stop? Is it still 30 minutes?

I think it is but last year when I used them our driver said to take our time. I believe it is officially 30 minutes but maybe he didn't have someone else to pick up right away and that is why he told us to take our time.
