We did hear noise from the balcony from people running around upstairs. You seem to be under the spashaway bay area so I'd expect the same during the day. Might be quieter at night though. tbh the noise from the neighbour next door was more annoying than the noise from up above, since there isn't as much traffic on the decks after 9pm.
