Has anyone experienced the fire alarm wake up speaker at the HRH?

On our last visit to the HRH we had a great time at Citywalk, a great football game was being broadcast all over including the huge screen at the Latin Quarter, after the game we went back to our room. 3 times that night someone pulled a fire alarm as a prank. Those speakers kept repeating that a fire alarm has been activated and to please stand by for instruction. It was very loud and kept repeating over and over and over for about 10 minutes each time. We were awake but the volume and message was driving us crazy. My DH took a hand towel and used some Duct tape, remember to not leave home without it, to cover the speaker. It did muffle the sound a little to make it bearable.

Yes, we had this on our trip last August. It was horrible!! Freaked the kids out big time. And just after we got back to sleep again, they did another announcement to say it was a false alarm!!
