Where can we get a hot, quick breakfast mid-morning in the parks? Not something sweet, but eggs, meat kind of thing. Found a breakfast menu for Electric Umbrella on Deb's site, but cannot find anything other than sweets or character sit-downs in the other parks. With all the sweet junk we eat all the rest of the day, I want something semi-wholesome.

At Tusker House in Animal Kingdom, we were able to get an egg and meat/cheese sandwich with potatoes. It was very good. I don't know of any place else that does this. Good Luck.

another vote for tusker house! it is very good. at MGM, give ABC Commissary a try. not a great as tusker house, but still a good selection. happy eating:wave: :duck:

Carla,

I had asked the exact same question here about a year ago! Looks like you've got all the parks covered except for EPCOT. For EPCOT the Land pavillion was recommended as well as the Fountainview Cafe. We didn't end up trying them though so I don't actually know what they offer.

At Animal Kingdom on Monday, I got a plate with eggs, sausage, biscuits and potatos at Tusker House,

On Sunday, I got a breakfast bagel sandwich with eggs, sausauge, and cheese at Electric Umbrella.

Don't think you'll have much luck at Magic Kingdom, except maybe at Tony's Town Square, but that is a full service sit down.

Your best bet would be to go to the Contemporary at their Food n Fun Center. They have a full menu food court there.

Studios, not really sure.

I usually get my breakfast at the food court at our resort.

You might try Wonders of Life in EPCOT. Last time we tried them, they had a pretty good breakfast available. Bagle with egg and ham, waffles, other nutritious foods.

We really like the ABC Commissary at MGM. I'm on a low-carb diet, and I can find things like eggs & bacon, sausage, etc. there! It's pretty quiet in there too - never too crowded.

Thanks all. clkelley, Tony's still serves breakfast? Columbia Harbor House used to have a pretty good breakfast, too. Anyone know if they still do? Or am I thinking of Disneyland....

Not really sure. I thought they did. May be mistaken.
