Just thought I would like to give a positive report on the HRH mgmt. Over 7 mos ago I booked PBH for 3 nites, then I switched it to HRH. All this time no one could figure out where my initial deposit was, if it was transferred or if I was getting a refund. After several frustrating calls(which were long distance), and many calls to the 800 #, I called the hotel direct.
The assistant to the Hotel Mgr took care of my problem in less than one day. she even sent me a letter with all my corresponding paperwork.
We are going on vacaction in 2 1/2 wks and I did not want this hanging over my head. Especially with all the problems others have reported.
Maybe they are finally getting it together.
So KUDOS to them.
