Has this been happening to anybody else? My ADRs have been sporadically showing this message on/off all day. Instead of being able to manage my ADRs, it shows that it was made by... myself. If I click the link for the confirmation, it brings me to the "We had to duck out" page. This is consistent on both the website and Android app.
