We are planning a group of 6 adults and 2 children .Has anyone had problems
with large groups with the dinning plan ? Do you have to leave bigger tip. Were there any other issues with large groups if we split up.

When we go to Disney there are usually 9 of us (5 adults,4 kids). This time there will be 15 of us (9 adults, 5 kids ). We have never had any trouble. There will be places that you will have to be split up for tables but they always try to put you next to each other.

Don't worry and have a good time!!!

The dining plan already includes an 18% tip. Certainly you can leave a little more if you'd like. Bring cash unless you order OOP items.

There is not problem with the group splitting up because each KTTW card contains all the credits for that room ressie (unless you specified that you didn't want credits on the kid cards). The only issue might be YOU keeping track of things if you have multiple rooms. Disney will take the applicable credits off of whichever card they are handed...which might not be the card that purchased the credits if you aren't careful.

If you are on multiple reservations, tell the server so they can write up 2 or 3 tickets (as needed) and apply the credits the way you'd like. FOr instance, tell them "the two of us and the children are on one card, my mother is on her own card." Also let them know ahead if you are sharing any TS meals.

We were 14 on our last trip and made all of our ADR's through group dining. Just be sure to make them early. We were never split up, except when we wanted to be. Just tell the server how many meals to take off of each card. :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:
