A new photo op is coming to Hollywood Studios!


The newly re-imagined Mickey Shorts Theater at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will debut March 4 to feature a one-of-a-kind animated short featuring everyone’s favorite mouse and his leading lady.


The animated short is called Vacation Fun starring, of course, Mickey and Minnie, and will celebrate their favorite vacation memories, along with a few new adventures.

The cartoon will also feature new footage, along with clips from well-known Mickey shorts, like Couples Sweaters, Panda-monium, Potatoland, Croissant de Triomphe, Entombed, Dumb Luck, Al Rojo Vivo, Yodelburg, and Outback at Ya!

Following the cartoon, guests will even be able to step inside life-sized versions of beloved animated Mickey shorts for fun photo-ops, including Yodelburg, Potatoland, Entombed, and Panda-monium.

The Mickey Shorts Theater is located where Star Wars: Path of the Jedi was previously housed.

UPDATE: EPCOT

Now that EPCOT Festival of the Arts has officially ended new photos are emerging for EPCOT 2020 International Flower & Garden.

Dates have been announced, March 4, 2020 to June 1, 2020, Menus released and Concert Information has been posted. For those interested in staying on top of this great event, please visit @rteetz thread 2020 International Flower and Garden Dates!

Disney Springs - One Day Photo Op

A special, one day only photo op is coming to Disney Springs this weekend. Disney has announced that guests visiting Disney Springs will be able to snap a photo with “Guinevere” from Pixar’s Onward on Saturday, February 29th from 8:30am to 4:30pm outside of the AMC Theater. Link

Disney has not come out and said it, but I can tell you at Universal and SW people have been allowed to do that.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which was set to take place on select nights from August 13 – November 1, 2020, has officially been canceled.

Disney World will officially start reopening its theme parks on July 11th. And they have already revealed that a few experiences like parades and fireworks would be suspended when the parks reopen.

This may leave you wondering about Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! Well, Disney has stated that they “are monitoring our new environment closely, and will make a decision on these events as we continue to learn more from government and health officials."

Disney has just announced Epcot will be offering a modified version of its Epcot Food and Wine Festival starting on the very first day of its initial grand reopening! July 15th!!
