Mardi gras food booth question

How do the refill mugs work from the food carts/kosks? For example, Mexico has a 20oz mug for $17 and $13 refills. Can you only use the mugs at Mexico, or any of the other countries too? And can you use them over multiple visits?

They all have the same cup and will refill it. Its a Mardi Gras Blinky cup.

The only exception might be Germany where its a "stein", but I assume they will fill the blinky cup with a 20oz as well.

You can....I am just too lazy to carry the cup back and deal with it all morning - I felt it was worth it to just buy another each day. One nice thing about having the cup is you can use it for water at all the soda machines - so I just looked at as buying a bottle if water - which is ridiculously expensive at Universal ($5 or $6)
