You're assuming the price will be reasonable. I think they'll go all in, they know there are thousands of people waiting for another DVC at DLR. Price and points chart will be crazy. If owners will be able to buy one of SoCal passes even if not residents (like the Gold Pass), many more will find it a reason to justify the purchase.
