Yup me too. Tomorrow we are celebrating Stuffing Day by having the festive special from Swiss Chalet. At least I hope we get the Stuffing as they forgot it last time. I mean who forgets the stuffing in a festive special but at least they are making it up to me with $10 off my next order.
Oh I better remember to wear my red mittens and I guess some kind of Olympic gear since it is a Canadian Olympic celebration.

So I have ordered both lemon cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes for tomorrow and I will enjoy them with a lovely cup of tea.
Thankfully I don't have any cats that I have to herd and as shown on Mythbusters it can't be done. I will have to find my pearls so I can wear them while I enjoy my cupcakes and my cuppa tea.

Today is my day - I love fruitcake so I bought quite a few from my local bakery. They are made in-store not in a factory and they come plain or with the marzipan icing which are my favourites. I bought a few so I am going to freeze some of the pieces for later in the year. Yup I bought that much. You either love them or you hate them. Mine doesn't look like this

No Christmas tree to take down tomorrow due to new Kitten ,, but I will be taking down the rest of my Christmas decorations. I am going to try a artificial small 3-4 ft Christmas tree in a container perched upon my Jelly/Jam jar cabinet next year. I hope it works. Canadian Tire has them on for 1/2 price right now.
So shopping for me tomorrow morning.
Whip cream on top of a mince tart sounds good for tonight.

National Technology Day, Bean Day, Cuddle Up Day, Shortbread Day, National Take Down the Christmas Tree Day

I guess I can start to take down the tree by taking off the lights and ornaments but will have to wait for help to get it out of the house. Real tree so we need to worry about the water in the tree stand and all the needles that may fall.
Then the hard work starts. Figuring out what decorations and ornaments get to stay. I have a bunch of stuff the never came out this year so will either toss it or save to donate to a charity next fall.
Tomorrow we are having different kinds of beans for bean day and will snack on shortbread during the day.

Was it the Mississauga store as it had the $5 one and it showed they had 70. Weird that they have that many and all the other stores had none
