Need a quick refresher - booking my ADR's tomorrow

Hey, so i'ts been two years since I was in Disney and I see that a lot has changed. My 180 days is tomorrow. Can I still book all my ADR's at once for the whole duration of my stay? And what is the opening time, 6am? I have a few hard to gets so I want to be logged on right away to get it all in before work.

Any other tips or tricks would be wonderful. It's my best friends first time & I really really want to get him & his daughter a reservation at CRT for a special daddy/daughter date night.
