Nightmare with member accounting

Got my credit card statement in January, showing dues have been paid, then get e mail from DVC to say my card was declined and I haven't paid my dues, called them got told no my account shows all paid.

Yesterday got email from DVC to say I'm overdue with my payment, called DVC again told same as previous call that I had paid them.

Today get another email saying I haven't paid them. Each call having to wait at least 60 minutes, really beginning to wonder if they know what they are doing.
 
I would email them so you have physical proof of these conversations.

ETA: I'm sorry that you're going through this run around.
 
Back in 2020 we purchased a contract direct. We didn't get a loan because we had the cash. We put it on our disney card 10k at a time, to get the rewards though. The 2nd 10k payment has somehow disappeared. I called to pay the last 3k and they are telling me I still owe 13k. Its infuriating.
