Park Hopper/ AP questions

Will this work out as I have planned or is it just wishful thinking?
I plan on purchasing 5 day park hopper bonus tickets and then upgrading to Deluxe AP's in May, because of a blackout day.
I want to purchase the AP's from WDWT so I can get one day EE and Toontown EE. My problem is I am ordering tickets only, not a package.
Will I be able to order tickets only and still get the extra goodies?

I know you still get the ESPN credit and one day EE, what I'm not sure about is the Toontown EE.
