question about those treehouse villas you mentioned in the last podcast

i know that they used to be available for guests and recently have only been used for college program CM housing....but any idea if after the reconstruction (that you mentioned in last week's podcast) they will be once again available to guests or will they be strictly CM housing again? i can't see disney using new construction for the college students, but where else would they put them?
