Questions regarding 2 different Contracts / Use Years

We just closed on our 100 pt BCV resale contract today:cool1: We already have a master contract with AKV that has an Oct UY. Our BCV contract has a APR UY (which actually works better for us now with the new booking rules). My question is this...when I go to access my information on the DVC web site will I have to create an whole new log on to access the BCV contract or will it show up under my current log on?

I know there will be 2 different master contracts (and I will need to track and bank the points separately) I was just wondering if I could still access them though one log on with the web site. Anyone who has multiple contracts with different use years that could help I would appreciate it.

They both will be on the same site, but separate. You won't be able to look at both contracts at the same time. But you will only have to log in once (as long as the same names are on the contract). If you want to use some of the points with points from the other contract, you'll either have to use points from one contract to make a whole night reservation or use your once a year transfer to move points from one contract to the other.

I had two contracts (OKW and BWV) with two different use years (AUG and SEP) and I found an program like Caskbill's DVC Tracker (http://web.nalu.net/~wneth/dvcplanner.htm) or David Fredrickson's DVC Point Manager (http://hometown.aol.com/dmfredrick/Download.html) to be indispensable! I really couldn't follow the two without their help.

One thing to remember ... once you are booking within the 7-month window you can use points from either contract. BUT you cannot combine those points in a single reservation. You can only book in full day chunks and then "connect" the reservations.

I have recently downlaoded Caskbills planner. With the basic version can you track two different contracts/ UY or do you need to upgrade?
