Quiet pool at VWL open?

The revised schedule for the VWL quiet pool re-hab stated it would be opening 9/28.

Does anyone know if it is open yet?
 
We were there yesterday and it was not open. Nor did it look like they were doing any work on it to get it open anytime soon.
