Re-imagining of Transportation and Ticket Center

I think it might be time to re-imagine the Transportation and Ticket Center at the Entrance of Magic Kingdom.

Main Reasons:
1. The majority tickets are now purchased online, in-app, or with hotel packages. And across the entirely of Walt Disney World.
2. Transportation has expanded from the basic monorail loop, and ferry, to now include extended monorail to Epcot, gondola and bus systems.
3. It is now just a glorified monorail stop for Magic Kingdom Parking Trams, bathrooms, and small gift shop.

How could Disney re-imagine this space?

They can't really. All they can do is be more honest in the name. Magic Kingdom area and EPCOT parking. That is all that it is. You need to keep the parking, so you can't put a resort there. They already built Disney Springs so it isn't going to add a major shopping or dining area. It shouldn't be a centralizeD customer service area because if you aren't parking there, then you have no reason to go. It's a needed parking lot. Short of moving MK parking somewhere else, it pretty much is all it can be. Now if you want to move parking, you could build a heck of a resort there with monorail access to 2 parks. But you probably lose the needed ferry access to shuttle people back and forth.

A little far-fetched, but they could do a Wreck-It Ralph inspired "Game Central Station". Maybe open a quick service/table service restaurant, glorify some potties, and have an indoor central hub where you could board the monorails, check bus times, have an upstairs "observation" deck where people could watch the water pageant, fireworks, etc. All while keeping the gift shop and ticket desk.
