Ready to make ressies....Cypress Point Resort or the Grand Villas?

Will be travelling with my family of 7 plus possibly my Mom and Dad in law. We're getting a 3 bedroom for sure.

Which is better, if there is a 'better'...any particuluar buildings to request, etc. We will be there for a week, and 3 of those days will be solely spent at the resort while dh is in a conference. Being near the pools would be good....
