Like others, we're stricken with addonitis. Didn't need points for the next couple of years so this met our needs perfectly. Can't believe this passed ROFR so quickly.

Even a hurricane closure doesn't slow down DVC from passing on another VGC contract:

YOURE RIGHT---it was 9/1. Sorry! Will edit string. Also should add that we had an addendum request from Disney because the contract # was incorrect on the contract. Didn't seem to delay anything.

I saw 6 days posted once! I think it's most common to be around the 14-16 day mark, though. Mine was 19 days.

*12 days from offer to ROFR * pretty good turn around with Labor Day and a Major Hurricane in the mix. So grateful for their hard work on my behalf.

*I was so excited by my per point price but after reading so many of these posts I feel like I over paid. BUT I'm a soon to be DVC owner none the less.

Here we go again boys and girls! The first contract got taken probably because I didn't post on this thread. BUT, the 2nd one (BWV) passed probably because I did! Coincidence? Hopefully my superstition rings true and we pass because I need these points to book our trip in June 18'! Fingers Crossed Again!
