Special Requests - Rooms/locations

We don't usually make special requests for room in terms of location etc... If was thinking of doing that, do you just call DVC to add a request for room location?

Call member services or e-mail (contact us link on the member website).

I prefer using the contact form on the members website. Doing so has seemed to reduce the errors caused by MS.
