I love a capella music. I have quite a bit of random a capella college groups in my mp3 library. But a few of my favorites are Rockapella and The Blenders (mainly their Christmas stuff).

I can't say that I enjoy that type of music myself but my dad really likes a group called "The Brown Derby's". I think they're from Brown University.
