Does anyone know where I can take a look at room service menu? Also, for example, if room service starts at 6:30, can food be ordered for delivery at 6:30? Or is that the earliest one can phone and order?

At GCH they give you a paper menu to fill out the night before and you leave it on your doorknob. You can choose a half hour time slot between 6am-11am. I think it's the same at DLH, but maybe someone can clarify.

You can go back to the lounge even after you check out. One of the best parts about it!

That's pretty standard for how room service breakfast works in just about any hotel.

When we were just there, there were door hanger menus in the room for breakfast. Fill it out the night before, hang it on your door by 11pm, and get your order in. We specified a time window for it to arrive. Did it a few times and it worked quite well.
