WDW vacation without the parks?

Your trip sounds very nice. Unfortunately we live in NJ so just a "drop in" trip isn't really practical for us. Sure wish it was.

Before we moved to SW Florida, we took longer trips and they weren't a lot different. We just hit the parks usually to eat.
