DVC has not released an opening date yet for BCV. The latest "official" word is still Fall, 2002. Until a date is announced, no reservations are likely to be accepted.
If BCV is like VWL, cash ressies thru CRO will be accepted before any DVC points reservations. However, if DVC does offer a presale, as rumoured, it is likely that the regulatory issues will be resolved, which may mean that point ressies could begin at opening. I would not count on any DVC reservations at BCV for several months, however.
With the construction activity level at BCV at this time, it is entirely possible to anticipate an opening much earlier than next fall. Presales may well depend on VWL sales. If current sales remain sluggish (as evidenced by the recent MB change), expect that the presell for BCV will remain on the back burner.
