Who is considered "qualified" for the CP or the professional internships?

I was wondering how hard is it to get into the CP or the Professional Internships? Thanks!

To be qualified for the CP you have to be currently enrolled in college (FT or PT) with at least a 2.0 GPA.

To be qualified for a PI, most ask that you are a junior or senior and then you have to meet the individual qualifications for the roles you're applying for (specific majors, past skills experience, computer knowledge, etc.).
