Windjammer - themed nights

Just noticed the RC app lists menus for the Windjammer for everynight of our upcoming cruise. While details of each dish are not provided, each night has a theme. For example day 1 = All American Classics, Day2 = Italian, Day 3, Far East etc.

For anyone who has been on a RC cruise recently - to what extent do they stick to these themes? Is it an additional few dishes in keeping with the theme (in addition to their usual fare)? Or is it more encompassing?

I was at Windjammer on Freedom of the Seas last weekend. We popped in during Caribbean night and they still had other stations open with non-Caribbean fare. Like deli, burgers, chicken etc. So its definitely not the only things they have- there was just a portion of the buffet that was Caribbean.

In our experience (cruised 6/17-6/24 to Alaska/Canada), the theming was barely noticeable, except on the Indian night, when they had lots of great Indian options and "Canadian favorites" night when they had a few unique dishes (though their rendition of a Nanaimo bar was an abomination).

Oddly, on the Far East night, which was supposed to be Chinese and Indian, there was only the standard stir-fy station and fewer Indian options than we had available for lunch/dinner on other days -- no other Chinese options (but they had sweet and sour chicken on the Indian night). The "Caribbean night" offering consisted of jerk chicken.
