I just got ressies at Cindy's bfast -- on my first-ever try!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_30_106.gif' alt='Yes' border=0></a>
Did "like I was told" (thanks to this board!) -- just kept dialing at 6:56 am and punched in the ol' "1-2-1-2"! I have no idea if it went in the correct sequence, all I know is someone did finally say "Disney Dining" and I seized the moment. I said the advised speech as fast as possible : "Cindy's breakfast, August 9th, 5 people, earliest seating!" (I'm pretty certain I screwed up their little demographics survey by accidentally pressing a 1 instead of a 2 or some such nonsense at the end, though! We've been to Disney more than 4 times... Oh well!!) I found it funny that I asked for 8am, she said, 8:05? I said YES! She said, oh, no, 8:10? I said, YES FINE! She said, well no, scratch that, how about 8:15 am, because it looks like someone just took 8:10 too... I interrupted this with, YESYESYES just take whatever the earliest time slot is! So I FINALLY locked in on 8:15 am!
In all her many many years of Disneyhood, even as a Fla. resident, as a DVC owner, and with 2 dds of her own, my sister has never done this b'fast! She's lucky though -- because she made a Disney-holic out of me and my dh! DH woke me up to "make the call", and I made the ressie -- and guess what, it's for me, my sister, my 2 teen nieces, and my 4 yr old dd -- an all princesses outing! DH and our "Yuck! Princesses!" sons and BIL will just have to find something else to do that morning... we're dining with Cindy in the castle! My dd is going to be OVER THE MOON -- she is having her princess "birthday tea party" and turning 4 years old this weekend, and she's getting a Cinderella dress to wear for the event... looks like that dress will get some use later this summer too! <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_3_3v.gif' alt='Princess' border=0></a>
