ZED451 to open in old Race Rock location?

This was the Tavistock Group's press release when they bought the property, and this article from Restaurant Hospitality Magazine, March 2009 talks of a 2010 Orlando opening for its ZED451 brand. Maybe I'm putting two and two together and making five, but wherever it ends up, it sounds like an innovative concept.
