All you guys with all your pets! They are all so great!

I'm a big animal lover myself and I see many of adopted pets from rescues, shelters, and the great outdoors! My hats off to all of you!!
Our Cat Baby was a stray that showed up at our door. She's 7 now is only weighs 5 pounds. Her outdoor life really took a toll on her. Our Dog Chrissy (real name: Christmas Tree) we rescued from a Kentucky shelter on her very last day alive. I follow Yahoo animal rescue groups and the shelter employees sent out an SOS about Chrissy that she was about to be put down and that she was a doll that needed a chance. A rescue here in NJ transported her from Kentucky for us.......and you know what.......she is a doll, a real doll and the perfect pet for our family. Our cat doesn't like her though. Well, you can't have everything.

She (he?) is a mystical creature that drops tag lines underneath your Dis name. You can tell they were created by the tag fairy because they are in color.

Ummm ... Yes! He came from the shelter and was named there. DS7 (then 5)decided it would confuse him to change his name so we kept it. He is a long-haired calico (yes, a male calico). I'll try and dig out photos of all 6 of them later and post them...
