Morning Everyone !!!
Now visualize that serenity being over-run by 500 drunk DIS-ers.
I'm guessing the Magic to the WC and the Wonder and the new ship on the EC.
Did you hear about the woman who used to velcro her kids to the wall? Some days I wish I had a velcro walll.
Plan is for the new ship to be stationed at PC. One of the prior Ships will deploy as required. That's the skinny from an unamed DCL source !!!

Careful ladies....we don't want to talk about their swords too much, or they will accuse us of having "sword envy"....
But we all know that they secretly suffer from PMS envy.
....and haven't we already made it clear? It's NOT the length of the sword, it's how you USE IT!
Thats why Women are so bad a parking cars!!!!!!
Men tell them 2 inches are really 12 inches!
Mine is very sharp!!!
Oh MY ....20 pages since I checked in earlier
When does the insanity stop ??
Ill be around trying to catch up
And.. then it gets quiet in the house.
Holy Guacamole, Batman.........How do you guys find this stuff????
Hey Jeff, nice tag there buddy!!!
My extremely reliable source, , heard first hand that there are plans for 2 ships but the "Euro excuse" is prohibiting the project from moving further. At this time, there are no contracts anywhere. And, just as suspected, the upper DCL brass DEFINITELY read the boards! Are the definately building another one? Is it still in discussion or in process?
All caught up FOR NOW!!!
We have a 'break on tuition' from our Church of $750. Then, the school adds a mandatory fundraiser, to the tune of $500. On top of that, all families are required to put in 30 hours of volunteering per child. If a family cannot do the hours, they are charged $10/hr that they are short. I love the teachers and the atmosphere, but at times I wonder if DD would be better elsewhere?

We get about the same sort of break in tuition, but have a mandatory weekly offering contribution to maintain the "in-parish" rate.
Then there's the 2 mandatory fundraisers, and the endless little fundraisers in between.
Volunteering is optional.
I almost wish we had your set-up instead. I feel like our way makes it too easy for parents to feel like it's enough to just send money.
My lap top is overheating...I think it's a sign that it's tired. So am I. Good night to all! Why don't all of you go to bed now so there won't be hundreds of posts to catch up in a few short hours?
Okay I have a lapsed Catholic confession of my own. DS made is Confirmation this past Oct. and he's in 8th Grade. Starting with his 7th Grade class our Pastor made weekly Mass attendance mandatory. Complete with an attendance card that needed to be signed. Well a bunch of us parents got together and did a Church-Pool. Yes, the Mass equivalent of a car-pool. I told you I'm going to Hell!
