Do any of you what "SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE?" -

Was just curious as to what you thought about the results? I really really wanted DANNY or Lacey... I still think Sabra was excellent, especially since she's only been dancing 4 years! But I thought the other two were better "all around" and "performers". IMHO of course. :dance3:

I wanted Lacey to win, but I'm not disappointed that Sabra won...I like her too. I think Danny was incredibly amazing when he tried.;) :) ;)

Ooooh afternoon naps on the cruise- since we have 15 nights, I might have time to sneak a couple of these in. DH LOVES to get in naps onboard. He finds that the ship can rock him right to sleep.

Deb- I hope you don’t run out of antibiotics.. that sounds scary!

I take my last ones on Sun and don't go to the wound center until Thurs, I hope they don't get worse!

Holly- EXCELLENT deal on books! I spent so much money on law school books, some of them I never even opened (but you didn’t hear that from me!) I can’t wait until it gets cool enough around here to just open the windows like that. I LOVE laying in bed with the windows open, but it’s been hot and humid all summer for the most part, and I don’t do well with humidity—of course Panama will be SUPERhumid, but I’ll deal.

It’s great that we have so many dancers onboard! I danced from age 2 until college, when I was teaching some classes, but ran out of time for it in law school. My sisters both dance, particularly the 17 year old.

I was glad that Sabra won SYTYCD. Danny was a very good dancer, but not masculine enough for me. I got tickets to take my sisters to the concert when they come to town and am actually pretty excited about seeing it!

So Cool! You're going to have a great time!

We were hoping for some rain today, but it didn’t happen. The highlight of my day was getting a check for $47,000!! Of course the money isn’t for me. I’m just holding it in escrow for a client. It was still nice seeing a check that large with my name on it.

We’re in for the night, and I offered to order pizza for everyone, so we can be lazy and watch HS Musical 2 together.

By the way, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pics of Olivia...she is such a cutie...how fun!pirate: pirate: pirate:

I wanted lacey to win...just had to chime in on that from a while ago!
The A's Lost! bummer. The tix we had were good seats...1st base line 18 rows back...and my dd asked why I couldn't get front row tix! can we say spoiled! I told her to just be happy we were there! Now i'm off to bed..goodnight all...

Well I feel bad for Jackie and John1 when they get home...they have a LOT of catching up to do....we have all been so chatty lately....keep it going....:flower3: :rolleyes1 :flower3:

So how many people here are going to be at MNSSHP this year? Me and John are going on Nov 2...it's the last day of the party. Just curious when others will be there. :hippie:

Good morning. It's raining!

Going to see grandchildren today, not sure how many yet, either 1 or 5!!! 2 others are in France, so can't see them till next week.

2lbs!!! Wow that's scary!!! What a miracle!!!

Yes Holly, we would love to see pics of Bethany and Tyler dancing...so give it up!

www.disneyshopping.com has great lime green tees for $4.99 right now. I just got one for me and DH John...so we can wear them in our DIS pic.

I'll add you to the list for champagne tasting and being part of the champagne girls...PM me your full name and stateroom number or GTY. We're all wearing pink with our pink tink mascot, Sassy Bubbles, for our group pic. It will definitely be a lot of fun!

Glad you jumped in to say hi...we're all very friendly and most of us don't bite...so continue to join in when you can.
:flower3:  :hippie:
Caught up on all the posts this am.
Just worked 4 12's which end up being basically 14 hour shifts. Rough nights too, never had so many "really" sick people before.
thanks for the champagne invite, Can we start in nov when Hollys here ?LOL
Bethany is truly my miracle and tells everyone how I stopped with perfection LOL
Actually she says she needs to be an only child so we can afford to travel.
Trying to get a group together for Austrailia in 2009. They have 9 day package that includes some amusement parks and of course the zoo but no Disney :(
ok off to bed to dream of pixie dust....

Haven't had time yet to look for the pics of Bethany & Tyler. Busy day ahead of us, so maybe when we get home and after Tyler's in bed tonight. Going to ride on Thomas the Train today because Tyler's been good all week. His last "episode" at day care was last Monday and I think he was shocked by his dad and I BOTH in the SAME room lecturing and angry at him. We both made it clear what will happen at BOTH houses if either of us gets a phone call at work to come pick him up again for him being out of control. I reminded him this every morning before I dropped him off, and had the day care teachers remind him occasionally too. Seems to be working, but I know a threat won't work for long. But he does remember because he told me today he really, really doesn't want that punishment to happen. It would be taking ALL his toys out of his bedroom and living room, putting them in storage totes and locking them in the attic. He will have the chance to earn them back, one at a time, by having a whole day of good behavior. It's a pretty drastic measure, but his hurting kids and adults at daycare is pretty drastic behavior, so I think it's fair. My friend Shelly did that to her kids when they were the same age and they never misbehaved again (other than minor acting out). I know all kids are different and things don't have the same effect on all kids, but I figure it's worth a try!

I gave my friend Shelly tons of Tyler's clothes he's outgrown when she was here yesterday (for her 2 1/2 year old son), so there are a few very large, empty totes stacked in my bedroom. When Tyler came home from his dad's house, he stood in my room for a few seconds just staring at those totes, with a very concerned look on his face, then he finally asked me if those are in case I need to take all his toys away. I feel bad that he's so scared about that happening, but am glad he realizes it will happen if necessary.

Braveheart is on. DH loves that movie. The girls are still asleep and I am starting breakfast.....potatoes are cooking.

So I found out yesterday that my friend Shelly and her husband and 3 kids will be at WDW the last week of November too! They're staying somewhere onsite, I don't remember where, but she was so excited when she found out I'm trying to figure out if Tyler and I can go that week too. With Heather and her family already in Florida, and my best friend going too, it looks like I should try really hard to make this happen! Her family is driving down to be able to have more money to spend once they're there, so maybe I should consider a mini-convoy with them. ;) She told me it took 18 hours last time they did the drive, so I'm not too sure about that. Yuck. Probably will end up flying.

BUT first I need to get my water heater situation taken care of. All the details are almost worked out. The only thing left is to get an electrician and find out how much it will cost to add a 220 outlet. So hopefully this week it will all be done and behind me!

I can't watch movies in the morning.....I fall back asleep! Tyler's watching "Sky High". I rented it for him because his best buddy's mom told me how much her kids love it. I had never heard of it, so was surprised to see it's a Disney movie!

OK....off to clean up from breakfast, then get washed up, then return other movies, then head to Thomas the Train. I just keep stressing to Tyler how this is a special reward for such great behavior and hope he remembers that good things happen when you behave!

Have a great day everybody!

Once again, I'm so amazed at how long your girls sleep in! You're SO lucky and I'm SO jealous! Tyler always gets up by 7 or 7:30. Everybody tells me that will change when he's older....I sure hope so!

Oh they are usually up earlier on weekends, they just didn't have naps and stayed up pretty late with us. Make a nice peaceful morning though.:thumbsup2

let the craziness begun, Samantha has now entered the living room!

Looks like a great day but I don't think we can swim today either. The chemicals that DH put in have not completely dissolved. Drat!

You got a lot of chatting in late last night guys! I thought I wouldn't miss much signing off of here around 11 pm!

DH got home from work around 2 am, so I'm dragging this morning. My parents, DH and brothers are out getting sized for tuxedos for my brother's wedding, and I have all the girls here watching My Friends Tigger and Pooh. We're going to BBQ and have cake later, but right now, it's LAZY time!

we were originally booked on the May Transatlantic and once I saw air fares I choked and cancelled. I think the PC will be better though and DH is really excited about it as well.

Same here. I'm really glad we made that choice. :thumbsup2

You're still lucky. Heather can vouch for this: Tyler can stay up until 2am and STILL gets up at 7! His internal alarm clock is very strong.

Well there was a knock at the door and it was my mom. She understands just think my delivery could have been a bit better, which I agreed. So I think she is over it by now.
