I know locally we had some issues with a pharmacy and compounding...I think there might be a liability cost to it as well. We use some compound drugs at our surgery center. Below is the incident I'm referring to - it was big news in our healthcare area since it hit so close to home (the hospital is where my Dad practiced at for many year).

Saw that someone was posting about their Tween daughter and their "tone".

We referred to our DD as "the mouth" when she was in that phase. If hadn't been for the costly orthodonture we were paying for, I swear their were days I could have smacked her.
