We just got back from the Verizon store. We did our contract renewal and got our free upgrades.....they only cost me $200. I asked how the free upgrades could cost so much and they told me I only have to fill out a million forms and get my rebates in the mail and after about a month from now it will have only cost me $50. Ya gotta love it! But we all have new phones now.

So instead of packing I'll be spending my afternoon filling out rebate forms x3 and then I have to put them each in a seperate envelope before mailing. Then I'll have to wait for 3 seperate checks before getting back my $150. What an ordeal. Why didn't they just charge me $50 and make it easy?

because there is a good chance that people get fed up and throw out the forms, at least that is my idea on those stupid things. Not sure if you will get a check or a VISA debit card as I did, which makes me even madder at this whole"rebate" process. I just want my money back, not a card to spend more money, what a scam....

Bubba, I think we are going to try to attend the grand nationals in Santa Maria. Wilson and Paul have the IKF bug and we all decided to forego Norway Camp this summer. It was in the middle of Molly's bday and the IKF race at Santa Maria. Is it close enough for you guys to come see him race?

We spent the day shopping at Shawn's work today. Nordstrom has a ton of cute dresses right now - for me and the girls.

He is so lucky. We started off getting drinks at the Espresso Bar, then shopped for an hour or two. Took a break and went to the Cafe for lunch. After lunch shopped the rest of the store.

Having all that so close - I would be in heaven working there! Of course he doesn't appreciate it. He even gets a little aggravated if I ask him to pick up something in the mall - says he doesn't go in there! He does know more about fashion and designers than most women - but what a freak!

I'm back and they were only $3.30. I'm glad we went. We found other stuff. I found some Tink and Minnie shorts for over my swim suit. We found cowboy hats that have pirate stuff on them and a pirate anklet. I also got something for Brooke's secret pal. It was fun.
