Yessssssssssssss. Another Benda review! Yes! Yes! ...oy, meg ryan is channeling me...
Yay another Bendy food trippie
I am really looking forward to your reviews, your choices look awesome girl!!!
I hope all your troubles are left at home and that you feel fah-boo-lous as soon as you land in the city that Mickey built
Enjoy your food adventures!!
Oh.My.Goodness!
I can't believe I'm joining you at the almost beginning! How fantastically exciting! And what great ADRs....(Mama pauses to wipe a tear away as she reminisces about the great food she ate at some of those places just over 3 weeks ago.........sigh.......)
I'm 39 soon too! My last 30 birthday!
Sorry to hear you've been under the weather - I prescribe lots of WDW food to make you feel better!
Looking forward to hearing all about it!
Shari xx
Aw, Brenda, I am both and about this - happy because I love me some oybolshoi food reporting, and sad because hubby and I had planned to be there too from the 13th to the 18th, but had to move to the trip to January.
I had big plans for those F&W booths! Oh well, at least I'll get to live it vicariously through you, so pick up that mantle for the both of us, woman!
So glad you gave in B! I hope I helped you make this decision.
You're on the top of my "favorites" list. I plan on checking in often.
YAY!!! A Brenda report!! I am so excited I cannot sit still!
I am so bummed that we are passing each other this year (we arrive on the 17th) but we will make it up in 09 when we will be there at the same time...hmm to I smell time at the bars with Brenda and Jason?? Heck ya I do!
Enjoy Boma breakfast, eat a plate for me!
Have a fantastic time, eat lots and lots and tell us all about it and most importantly take tons of pics!
You already started your review!! Fabulous!!!!
I think I'm smelling it too..........we'll be there!!!
Looking forward to your always awesome reviews Bendy!
Yippee! Another fine report from our ace foodie mouths on the street. I will use your food musings to help me bide my time until our December trip. You should have one or two reviews posted by then, right?
Yay! A new report and I am getting in on it from the start! Can't wait to read all about it!
Looking forward to the reviews!
YES!!!!
You're bringing a credit card, right????
Cause you know... I'm gonna want dessert... lots of dessert... and booze...
Why don't they call it the Booze and Food Festival??? Food and Booze??? Whatever...
LETS EAT!!!!
Woo hoo a new dining report
I really want to hear about Puck's upstairs, it's one we've yet to try and there are hardly any reviews available.
Plus, I'd love the Kitchen Conversation with Robert Irvine.
I'll have to remember your b-day 10/17 for planning next year maybe break in those little add on points I want so bad at BLT this is DH -->>>
Yay! Subscribing at the beginning this time... historical, really.
So glad you like food so much What would we read if you didn't??
I'm joining in! The Kitchen Conversation w/ Robert irvine sounds great!
back in the saddle again - woohoo!!! glad to see you are up and running (or at least limping) back to wdw
your list of grazing spots sounds pretty impressive - i'm signing up for the long haul - can't wait!
I guess the Sleeping Beauty fan in me has kicked in, as I completely snoozed through your posting! I'm glad I woke up and found it.
I'm going to be part of this report, sorta. I'm going to chime in here (and more than likely create my own report), since I'm attending two of Bendy's dining events.
And I'm also turning 39 soon. But Brenda is older than me.
I'm looking forward to the Robert Irvine thing. He has a habit of wearing tight tshirts that show off his "guns".
definitely looking forward to your journey Brenda! I'm bummed b/c DH and I will be there late this year, don't arrive til the 22nd, I was going to be on Plankton watch to find you guys til we decided to go so late in the month
Ohhhh food...
I'M IN!!!!!!
I get to show up for this food fest... don't I??????
Hip hip hooray!!! Your reviews are the absolute best! Can't wait to see what adventures await you two!
I am so excited for another Brenda TR!!! I was sad thinking you weren't going back to WDW this year and we weren't going to get to enjoy your restaurant reviews from our "happy place"! Looks like you've got some good restaurants to eat at. Can't wait to hear more.
More welcomes to the thread and thanks for the encouragement!
BriarRosie and Tink rules are joining Jason and me and TheDISneyfamily for dinner at Blue Zoo next month ... that is going to the best review ever!!!
October 16th - Our last F&W special event takes places today at Epcot ... Kitchen Conversations with Robert Irvine. The description: Visit with an acclaimed culinary personality and discover how he or she enjoys life in-and-outside the kitchen. A cooking demonstration, tasting, and an autographed copy of the presenter's book are included in this delightful (really? I'll hold you to that) event.
My first thought was: little Bendy has been knocking them back because it's not even October yet. I see now it's a pre- food trippie. I thoroughly enjoy reading your reviews!!!!
Woo Hoo! I can't wait! The Kitchen Conversation with Robert Irvine thing sounds awesome. It's sad you have to leave on your birthday though.
It sounds like a whole lotta awesome fun. But Brenda and Jay going to Disney and not having Kona Cafe for breakfast and Grand Floridian Tea?? How odd!
I can't wait to read all of your reviews when you return. Yours are some of the best on the DIS.
I'd love to be there for this. My question..."why oh why Robert did you fake your resumé so now I cannot enjoy you on the Food Network?!?!?!"
Sounds like a great trip. We will be many years before we can go during the fall (2 children in school and we live on the left coast), but someday I'm going to get there in October.
I hear you on that first point ... Dinner Impossible just isn't the same with Michael Simon, even though I do like him.
October is a great time of year to visit the Mouse ... hopefully you'll get there sooner rather than later.
Yes, lady, you are correct!! Dinner Impossible is just not the same any more. I refuse to watch. Can't wait to touch those massive arms of Chef Irvine!! I told my husband - just to look the other way!!!
Are you going to be attending that event, too?
Oooh yah. Tea cozy hats = back on!
We are actually going to the PFTS on the 18th! Sorry, didn't mean to confuse you.
It's a running gag between friends of ours and my husband, that I can't wait to touch Chef Robert Irvine's massive arms. Cameras will be ready.
