If Disney could steal one ride from Universal . . .

If Disney could steal pirate: one ride from Universal (either Studios or Islands of Adventure), what ride do you think they would take, or which one would you like to see them bring into WDW?

For me, it would have to be Spiderman as I think that is among the most thrilling rides ever built. How about you? :dancer: :dancer: :dancer:

ET The Extraterrestrial, just because it's pretty much the only thing I'm not terrified of at their parks, and I just love it from all the memories I have from being a kid.

I have never been, BUT......

You are right, I have heard many times from many people that Spiderman is the BEST 3D ride EVER!!!

It is a must do if we ever get there

Definitely make a point of doing Spidey! It makes all other 3D/4D rides look kind of lame. You'll want to go right back on line and do it again . . . and again . . . and again . . . :woohoo:

I agree with Spiderman! It is awesome, and I have to say for thrill coasters (no theme)the Hulk or the Dueling Dragons beats and Disney coasters. Disney does great themeing and ok thrill. Well unless you have Space Mountain in DL...that is a great thrill!

Dueling Dragons, they are B&M inverted coasters which is my favorite coaster type. I'd like to see Disney have their own inverted coaster themed to something but I don't think it will ever happen.

The reason I say that is because there were rumors Disney originally went to B&M and asked them to design RnR and B&M said they don't work like that (basically they don't work with companies telling them exactly how to build the ride), so Disney went with Vekoma instead. Vekoma also makes inverted coasters but they are horrible rides (very rough and lots of headbanging) and sadly if Disney were to get an inverted coaster, I think they would go with Vekoma again since they seem to use Vekoma for almost all their coasters now.

The Mummy and the Jurassic Park rides were easily the best in the parks. I wasn't too thrilled with Spider-Man.

Revenge of the Mummy. Best ride in all of Orlando, with the possible exception of Kraken at SeaWorld.

Universal Orlando has some truly wonderful rides. The Simpsons and Spiderman are both pretty great, and Men in Black is way better than Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.

Ironically enough, I've been distinctly underwhelmed by their big coasters. I thought the Hulk was a yawn, and the only seats on Dueling Dragons I thought were worth the wait in line are the very front seats.

The Mummy!!,lets make a swap Ai for the mummy? might work? and Spider man, well we will just out right steal it In the middle of the night:rotfl2:

Definitely Spider-man...in our trip from 2003...we probably rode it 20 times just in the one trip...it was soo much fun.

Dueling dragons was fun too, and I am so glad that disney has a ride like Men In black...I loved that ride.

Oh and the Mummy wasnt built till after we visited...too bad we werent able to ride it
