Any OCTOBER guests received FP+ testing invite?

I didn't get an e-mail, but my FP+ opened today. I was able to reserve FP+ times and customize my magicbands. My dates are Oct. 20-26.

I also had personalize magic bands pop up today. The only color option showing is gray. Did you have other color options besides gray?

Grey is our only option as well. I was going to try to give IT a call. Will let you know what I find out.

On the MDE website, there was a link that said "modify your online check-in". (Can't find a similar link in the app, though so I'm not sure how to accomplish it that way.) I went in and changed our expected arrival time slightly, but I have read that others were able to customize their magic bands after going through the screens but keeping the information the same.

Purple was not an option for us, but I've read that you can purchase purple covers to go over them in the gift shop. Good luck!

Thanks for the info! I've heard mixed things about whether purple is actually an available color - i'll settle for a cover if i have to.

We were able to make our FP+ selections today (yay!), but still no option to customize magic bands. I will try the "modify" option on the website for our online checkin and see if that does it. We also might just be too far out - we don't arrive at YC until Oct 18, so we've got almost two months to go.

Thanks again! I'm excited to try these. Even DH was having fun helping me choose FP+ selections.

For those wondering about resorts, we will be at YC from Oct 18-20, and AKL from Oct 20-24. We were able to make FP+ selections from Oct 18-22 (when our APs expire).

We'll be at POR 10/19--10/26, and I was just able to make FP+ selections for every day of our stay.

The mde app is letting me access the ff+ now starting for our stay at the poly, but because I don't have any ticketing info I can't book them. Do you think I will still be able to order my MB or will we be stuck with the grey ones once we get there?

We are AP holders, staying at BC Sept. 27-Oct 3 Then moving on the 3rd to Pop and checking out on the 6th. Last moving on the 6th to FQ and checking out on the 10th. We have been able to customize MB's in 3 different colors and complete FP+ for all days of our trip. We have not done online check in. Still confused if our AP's are on our MB or not and confused if the other resorts will transfer on them as well. Guess I'll find out at check in for sure. And on another topic-still don't know for sure if my mug I purchase will be good for my entire stay or not (at all 3 resorts) But I am very happy to be picked for the MB's and glad I don't have to make the mad morning rush to TSM.

So, I posted earlier today about staying at POR from 10/6-10/12 and not having the ability to order my magicband or make fastpass+ choices.

As of around 7pm today, I can make fastpass+ choices. However, I can't order my magicband. Is that normal?

(I have a room package that I booked with tickets.)

I'm booked at Pop October 22nd-31st, and whenever I log into MDE and click on FP+, it comes up with some August dates and then an immediate pop-up that says those dates don't match my reservation dates, before I even get a chance to change the selection dates to October Is anyone else having this issue, or does it just mean I haven't been selected? We are staying at the Poly Oct 27th to Nov 4th. Today when I logged in, I am able to customize magic bands and do fastpass+ picks. However, When I try to customize the bands, it only shows grey as the color. I am waiting and hoping that changes...don't want grey.
