you don't have to keep it in a backpack, lets of kids will have lightsabers. I've seen some epic light saber battle royals. Seriously there will be light sabers everywhere.

And Sunrise is right on. The Legions build their own, screen accurate costumes, with their own money, and then go do charity work in costume. Nothing is more rewarding than having a kid who has a terminal disease smile because you are there to visit him or her. And all the people my age who grew up with the original trilogy really enjoy taking pics with their childhood heroes. Ash

We were at a Children's Museum event one time, and were doing some outside shot with people... Just a group of 6 guys about 25 year old range who were just visiting the town, and were not visiting the children's museum, stop us and giddily asked to take pictures with the group. The shook our hands and told everyone that running into us was the highlight of their trip... When we troop I have found we have fans of ALL ages!

I never did get an email confirmation - our SciFi breakfast is Fri May 23. Should I be concerned?

On the Restaurant Board, it was reported only guests who made online ADRs received the email. Those who made the reservation by phone, did not. As long as you show the Confirmation in MDE, you are fine!

Just looked at Kenny the Pirates pictures. So glad I booked this for us. DH and DS are going to flip! They have no idea about it. They will be so surprised when Darth and Boba Fett meet them at the entrance...can't wait! I'm having a hard time keeping it as a surprise for them... Just one more week...I can do it (I think).

I think Disney just wanted to make sure everyone with ADRs knew about the 2 Dining credits and cost so they won't be refunding/adjusting beginning today. Anyone/everyone with a Confirmation is fine.

Last year was our 1st visit to a SWW. We thought is was cool to visit Darth's Mall and hang out with the Dark Side in the Backlot and check out the shows.
We were having a great time.

but what really struck us was the Parade! It was an amazing visual to witness.
I can't tell you how moving it is to be a spectator and watch this procession of incredible characters.

(and here we thought this was Disney)

Here are 2 more pictures of the 501st outside of Disney. Taken this past November at the Boston MegaFest Convention in Framingham, MA. There were only a few in Star Wars costumers, but there were lots in Comic Book character costumes.

I just saw Kenny the Pirates pictures from the Star Wars breakfast. I'm wondering if Darth Vader and Boba Fett sign autographs. Also wondering if the dessert happens everyday or just today since it's May 4th.

Some reviews are coming in and it looks like the sci fi breakfast hit a few big bumps.... apparently people had to wait up to an hour with an adr and then they were rushed because they had to start setting up for lunch, so the last group of people didn't get to meet any characters.... some went to guest relations and were offered Disney gift cards....
First days are always the worst... I'm sure they will fix this problem

Here is some pictures from the event and a picture of the pin they gave away, we were #60 and #61 in line. They line did reach 100 mark just a few mins after opening, they did have some star wars stuff on sale and later on that day they were doing a kids costume contest and had a area setup to take photos with a Disney background.
