DCL Summer 2017 Megathread - Itineraries are out!

Does anyone see the Magic sailing from San Juan after April 2017? I can't find a cruise showing whether she sails from San Juan to Port Canaveral.

It goes San Juan to Port Canaveral, then the Transatlantic.

Still can't find an itinerary or pricing thread for the Magic that states San Juan to Port Canaveral. The only one I see is November 2016.

I know Disney has done the 10 and 11 night Southern Caribbeans before. What were prices like on those? Any speculation on what prices might be for the ones in 2017? Mind you, I've done the EB Panama Canal in 2008 so prices at this point don't scare me.....too much!

Hi,
I am going to call for these in the AM. Family of 5 cat 4A. I'll post what they quote me. I doubt my husband is going to agree to be on the ship that long. ugh.... Why couldn't it just be a 7 night eastern!!!! SO BUMMED!!!

I'm having my fiance call in the morning too and told him to book it, no matter what. I'll tutor as much as I can and do the after school program at my school to make as much extra money as possible and he'll ref kids hockey games to make extra as well.

I saw that there's going to be OBB blackout dates - anyone think that those Southern Caribbean cruises will be included in those blackout dates? Hope not!

Also interested in the 5 night, but same thoughts- too short! The 9 night sounds great, I'm sure the $$ will be mega high! Although my DH LOVED our cruise on the Fantasy, he just doesn't see the value in DCL right now with the exchange...maybe we will hope on something like you guys did...Alaska doesn't require flights- that's a savings right!

And that's why we cancelled our Alaskan sailing this year, the $$ going down down down (now today it's at 78cents, woohoo!!). Not thrilled with the airfare prices I'm seeing for our cruise out of Galveston in January, thinking of flying out of Seattle. But yes, Alaska from here means no airfare a 5 night could still be doable. Since they are only offering 1 5-night I'm wondering just how affordable it would be though?

I have half talked myself into the 11 night Southern Caribbean. It being an OBB blackout date would maybe end my dream since I am sure the price is going to be awful.

No prices until tomorrow than you have to find out from a gold or platinum. Prices for everyone and online will be available Thursday. I'm also looking for the itinerary but don't see any info. It just saids San Juan to port canerval what I see.

I love how they build the anticipation...aghhhhhh Did you see the movie ad on facebook its so good!! I can't wait till thursday lol. I really need to get 4 sailings under my belt.....

Also curious on everyones thoughts of using a TA vs booking direct online through Disney....
The advantage is that the travel agent spends hours on the phone instead of you - and possibly some onboard credit. If you have any intention of asking a travel agent to book one of these summer 2017 cruises, you'd better ask them today.

Can you still transfer bookings made direct to an agent offering OBC?

Typically depends on the agency, along with when you booked and when you transferred. Sometimes, you can still get OBC, but the amount will be less since the commission on a transfer is typically less.

I know no pricing -- but I can't even see it on the itinerary. It stops after April 2017 for the Magic until she is in Europe.
