** OPENING DAY PRICING MID 2019: Magic, Wonder, Dream, Fantasy **

Meanwhile, can anyone explain why there is no Panama Canal trip for Spring of 2019 listed on the website? The Wonder is in Port Canaveral, then, two weeks later, she's in San Diego!

Oooh thats a good question! I dont see it either.

I'm willing to bet that sold out. That PC is happening in February, and it got SUPER popular very quickly (we were priced out by $2K within a week)

Cruisefish.net is showing the Spring 2019 Panama Canal with only one category left so they probably consider it sold out on the DCL website (and cruisefish just didn't update that last category yet).

Wonder 2 September 2019:
4A 2A3K (9,7,4) $12 867 (no breakdown) no ins/OBB or any other extras
5A 2A $6825 no ins/OBB or any other extras
11A 2A $3535 no ins/OBB or any other extras

Awaiting to see how the magic is priced for Europe. I would love to do the one in the Fjords, British Isles, or Western med. The western med in particular since I can take the same itinerary on Viking Sky for about $2000 for 2 adults with their 2 for 1 deal, so I wanna see where magic compares.

The Wonder Panama Canal cruise departs Port Canaveral on Feb 24th. its early this go around.

there's no question the other major cruise line prices in europe and the med will be half of the DCL prices (or even lower than that)..

but only DCL is an option of for us since we want to go on the magic to get our little disney fix without having to fly to america (which costs four arms and five legs at this point)...

so i'm kind of stuck with this stratospheric pricing for a cruise that i don't even think is that good with ports that are pretty boring...

but it will be a disney ship and that's the point for us...

Tomorrow can't come fast enough...5 night Med, 7 night western Europe, 11 night Norway/Iceland...please, oh, please be in my budget!

I agree that tomorrow can't get here fast enough. Looking at a Cat 5A 7 night Alaska but seriously, what am I missing....how can Disney justify these prices???
Do they have something better (aside from the DIsney magic, and yes we always cruise with DCL) that will convince me to book tomorrow when I am hearing that other cruise lines are way cheaper??

We haven't cruised since 2014 and probably won't now until the new ships come out. I am holding out hope for the WBTA, but we shall see.
I think almost $2,000 pp in the least expensive cabin (that's what I book) for the May 2019 TA is pretty high - especially for a ho-hum Miami to Barcelona itinerary. Yesterday I asked a travel agent to check the 11-night Dover to Copenhagen cruise for me tomorrow, then checked other cruise lines for a similar itinerary. Both HAL and Princess have 14-night Iceland + Norway cruises at much better prices, so I put the Princess cruise on hold and cancelled my quote request for DCL. After seeing today's prices for that cruise, I would've been wasting the travel agent's time.

I'm also thinking about the Princess cruise. I like that it has more stops in Iceland/ Norway, but I wish it stopped in Scotland to break up those final 3 sea days. Decisions, decisions!

I do have to wonder if the prices will go down a slight bit once their three new ships come out and the market gets more competitive.

Without having any kind of insider knowledge or anything I have to wonder too... if they deploy the ships to other markets then maybe not. Say the Magic stays in Europe, the Wonder on the west coast and they send a ship to Asia and another to do Southerns all year from SJ (or even into the S Pacific) while the new ships take over the bulk in the Caribbean... I'm not holding my breath personally. Disney doesn't seem like the kind of company that would willingly choose to flood their market. Especially with an unprecedented THREE ships on the way...

Looking for starting price on 3 and 4 Bahamian cruise .
If anyone knows please let me know.PLEASE platinum members
2 Adults, Dlx Inside cabin (deck 7,8,9).
