**September 2019**

Our arrival day is Sunday, 9/8 but our Brunch is on our last day, Sunday, 9/15. The Brunch ADRs went fast so that one should be one of your first priorities when you make your ADRs.

My advice would be to go on the WDW dining site a couple days before your ADR day and check out the availability of everything you want for the week before you get there. Anything that is not available that week should be the first priority when you login at 6am on your ADR date. I had 3 spots that were not available on the previous week but I got every one of them. An hour later they were all unavailable.
Funny! Our arrival day is also 9/8, leaving 9/15. I also noticed while making dining reservations that the popular ones disappeared within 15 minutes of 6am. It really is important to have a plan. Trying right now to plan itinerary for FP and maybe a tour. Unfortunately hours haven't been announced, there may be new FP options in place, etc. It really isn't fun planning for Disney anymore. It's like a full-time job :(

Staying at Beach Club with free dining from Sept 8th-17th with Halloween Party on Friday September 13th!

Got every ADR I wanted this morning with no issues!

Currently have booked :
Sunday : Boathouse ( arrival day)
Monday : Dining with an Imagineer ( Brown Derby)
Tuesday: Tiffin's ROL dining package
Wednesday: California Grill Dinner
Thursday: Cinderella's Royal Table dinner
Friday: Cake decorating Amorette's / Lunch at Chef Art's Homecoming/ Halloween party
Saturday: Rose and Crown Illuminations package
Sunday : Brunch at the Top / Victoria and Albert's Chef Table
Monday : Minnie's seasonal dine at Hollywood and Vine
Tuesday : Afternoon tea at the GF ( departure day)

I hope my FP+ day goes this smooth lol
We are staying at BCV during the same dates! Unfortunately I just read Beaches & Cream will be closed for renovations during that time. Major bummer :(

I agree, but some of us enjoy the planning part of this almost as much as the trip itself.

We have all our ADRs done including a fireworks dessert party, a tour scheduled, and MNSSHP scheduled.

Now I'm waiting to see who/what will be at the Food & Wine Festival so I can reserve those spots.

FP+s come after that.

This might be planning way too far ahead, but when are the other September 2019 trippers thinking of going back? I'm thinking November 2021, but that might be too long for me to wait! I'm kind of thinking of doing a 2020 trip as well, maybe for my birthday in April so I can go to Flower & Garden Festival, or maybe a weekend at Festival of the Arts? If I end up doing a 2020 trip it will be a much shorter, smaller trip.

I'm just curious what everyone else is planning for their next trip after September!

We are planning a kid-free trip next year to Flower & Garden, but then we probably won't bring the kids back until 2021/2022. We are planning some other big trips for those Disney-free years.

It's never too early! My husband and I have been planning on doing a club-level May 2020 trip for our 10th wedding anniversary. We were splurging for CL to get the 3 extra FP+ and wanted to focus on Star Wars because we wouldn't see it in September this year...welp, now we hope to see it in September so we will alter our plans a bit. Plus hearing of paid FP+ coming may negate needing to stay CL. We are talking about going to DisneyLAND instead. Neither of us has been to California, and the trip can be shorter.

Hello! I am planning a 6 day visit in Sept. and would love feedback on our itinerary.

Hotels are set, but park plan and ADRs can be changed – in 2 weeks we will hit the 180 day mark, and I plan to make ADRs right at 7am. We will have the Disney Dining Plan (standard).

On the trip will be me, DH, my parents and 2 kids (6 and 10).

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party will be going on the week we are there, but we are intentionally not going to that (maybe next time).

Sunday – flight arrives 12pm

Staying at Universal Lowes Royal Pacific Resort (1 night)

Universal for afternoon/evening (primarily for Harry Potter)

Monday:

Universal in the morning (9-12)

Check in to Disney Beach Club villa in afternoon (luggage drop and head to MK)

Magic Kingdom for ½ half of day (closes 9pm)

ADR: Cinderella’s Royal Table dinner (1 hour before fireworks, request window table), OR Crystal Palace for character dinner

Tuesday - Hollywood Studios

Considering MK this day instead because crowd calendars predict it will be slower than Wed, probably because MK closes at 6pm this day for the Halloween party. If we do MK, I will book an ADR for dinner as late as possible in MK (5:45pm?), or I’ll book dinner at a monorail hotel (suggestions?)

ADRs (assuming we do HS):

8am Cape May character breakfast (we are staying at Beach Club), then head to HS

Fantastic dining package at Hollywood & Vine? – but I’m not sure how much we care about Fantastic to be honest, and I’ve heard H&V isn’t very good. Maybe just counter service dinner instead?

Wednesday - MK

MK has EMH from 9-11pm, and thus crowd calendars are saying it will be more crowded in the park on this day. Still I like the idea of doing morning and late afternoon/evening in MK with a possible hotel pool break at mid-day

ADRs:

Be Our Guest – lunch

Cinderella’s Royal Table dinner (1 hour before fireworks) – if we can’t get it on Monday, otherwise Crystal Palace character dinner

Thursday - AK

(Epcot has AM EMH this day, which we won’t take advantage of, so planning to do Epcot Friday if it might be less crowded with no EMH.)

No ADRs at AK - all counter service meals

Friday - Epcot
Counter service lunch (Sunshine Seasons)
ADR: La Hacienda de San Angel (Fireworks view, 9pm?)

-------------------------------------
Of course, once EMH for HS are announced, we may move things around do take advantage of EMH for Star Wars (although it looks like it will only be on Sunday AM, so we will miss that).

I welcome all comments and suggestions!

It's never too early! That being said, I'm not sure when our next trip will be. DH & I really want to take the family to Hawaii and Washington, DC, so we may skip a year, maybe 2 in order to make those things happen. I never say never, though. He travels for work a lot, and if he ends up in Orlando, you can bet that the kids & I will find a way to tag along and make a trip out of it. I started this year out with no plans to go to Disney until 2020 and at this very moment, I have 2 trips planned for 2019!

Just a heads up ADRs can be done at 6am est on line, it's 7 if you call in.

I'm doing my ADRs on Tuesday and feel like if it's not hard for me to get what I'm looking for that it may not be as busy as we think, but at the same time I could be wrong. I will be there Sept 15-21.

We are torn. I am thinking about turning my package tickets from our Dec 2019 trip into an AP and possibly getting in a quick 2020 trip but we are for sure planning a larger family 2021 trip. Our oldest is probably getting married in 2020 and trips may be on hold until after that! We are actually figuring on another Europe trip in 2020 before the news of our daughter's engagement.... we will have to wait and see. Indeed, a Europe trip is fairly close financially to a WDW trip!

Hello, September crew! I keep forgetting to ask to be added to the roll call. My family will be at Pop 9/18 - 9/25. We were last at WDW this January and wanted to sneak in one more trip before my youngest turns 3, and we have to start paying for her tickets and meals!

Booked our dates with the dining promo before the SWGE early opening announcement, so that threw me for a loop. Adjusted my expectations for September and am now just so excited to experience another great trip! First time staying on-site with my kids--I think they're going to LOVE it.

We are thinking about doing a cruise for 2020, but thinking of Sept/ Oct time frame for 2021.

Just a few days before me, can you have them get my room ready a early?

Just bought our MNSSHP tickets for September 8th!!! :worship:

I booked MNSSHP tickets for September 6th, and the fact that the tickets were being sold at a lower price point makes me think they're still expecting lower-than-average crowds in the other parks even with SWGE opening. So maybe they anticipate DHS being mobbed for a while, but don't expect those crowds to spill over into the other parks as much? Or maybe I'm just reading into this too much because I'm looking for a reason to be optimistic :rotfl2:

We will be there the exact same dates! Booking ADR’s on Tuesday! Best of luck to you!
