If you pull up your dates during the discounted time frame, there will be an option to view the Disney Visa Discount on the Disney site. Found this just now because I was going to do the math and see what 40% off might look like. Still a whole whole lot, but helpful if you are set on Riviera.

Eeeek! 40% off is still $375ish/night at the cheapest and go WAY up from there. But I did NOT see any way to book the Visa discount on the Disney site- it didn't show up for me at all.

A question- do the Florida residents room discounts typically apply about the same time these discounts come out?

When I went to the main page for Walt Disney World, I did a search at the top for dates within the Visa Discount range. I had it set to all resorts. The results page listed Riviera at the top. I opened that. On the Riviera page at the top there was a Disney Visa Discount option next to the Room and Package options. I selected that and it switched to the discounted rate.

Thanks, if it wasn't for these boards I would never find out about any visa discounts. We get FL resident too but I doubt it would be better than this one.

I didn't see it when I looked either but I was just thinking. Our Visa is in my husband name, so would I be able to see the discounts? We are connected on the website and maybe my brain is just in all out Monday mode but it made me ponder haha

I don’t see it either, I’m the main for reservations and the Disney visa is also under my name.

I did the online chat. The CM saw the offer and that it can indeed be booked online, but she could not locate a link. She asked me to check back in an hour while they continue to work on it.

So I decided to call...it was only a 2 minute wait which was awesome....was able to book for two nights, studio room with Visa debit card....mid January 2020!! Very excited!!! BUT, I asked the CM about any more offers coming out soon----she said unfortunately no, they have not been notified of any other offers coming out for January, 2020----then I told her I had heard some rumors possibly for SPD coming out possibly tomorrow or the next day....her response was "We have not been notified of anything like that, but keep checking in the next few weeks"........oh my!!!
