I HATE FedEx so much. We never deal with them normally because we get everything from amazon and they don’t use them (thank god). We ordered a changing table from target that came with a chip in it. They said they’d send a replacement no problem with express shipping. Apparently that means nothing to FedEx. The delivery was estimated yesterday at 8 pm. It’s now 1 am and it still says delivery will be Tuesday...it’s Wednesday!!! The package stayed in one place for an entire day. It’s saying it’s in California. I’m not sure what’s going on but we leave Friday and if it’s not here by then I guess we’ll be putting a hold on our mail with them. If I order anything from target again I’ll make sure it’s not shipping with FedEx and if it is I won’t be ordering it.

Sorry for the vent but this isn’t the first item we’ve gotten issues with from target that shipped with FedEx.

ETA: I just checked and now it says no scheduled delivery date and it’s pending. What?!?!?!

I'm so sorry. I don't think it will help you, but I had similar issues with UPS last week. My item was less than an hour away for 5 days, and they kept saying tomorrow then today, then tomorrow. I finally called the store and they called UPS and they didn't know where it was, so I was shipped another one (it already arrived thank goodness) and then the original package tracking said it was in NJ. They had no idea where it was, and told the store that they were busy and it would turn up in 2 weeks. Seriously? So I believe you when you say this is happening to you with FedEx. You also aren't the only one I know who is really mad at FedEx right now. I hope it all works out. I wish I could help.

Totally off topic note but I pick up on other people's accents. If I hang out with somebody for a couple of hours even I will start to talk and sound like them. It's really strange, lol!

I guess I don't really know if I do it around other accents but I totally sound like full on Texan after just a phone call with my Memaw. She (and the rest of my family) have really strong accents though. I still get quite a few people here in CO who I will start chatting with and they will immediately either ask me where I'm from or just if I'm from TX. So, the accent must still be there some.

I think you could call FedEx for better tracking info. We have had these kinds of problems over the years with both FedEx and UPS. I've called before and asked to have packages rerouted to their stores if they were delayed and we were going out of town. Then you can just pick it up there when you return.

I do the same, except if I'm not paying attention I'll do it within a few minutes. If people don't know you they think you're mocking them... I'm not, I just adapt easily I guess! Sometimes I haven't been able to stop myself so if I am speaking with someone for a while I'll explain that I'm not mocking them if my accent changes

I do it off tv shows and movies too. If we're bingeing a show with a particular cadence or speech patterns I play off that. Sometimes hubby knows what I've been watching ( or sometimes reading even) based on my responses. Would have been a really neat talent for the theatre... if I had any other talent to go with it

Sure post is the worst of them all. Or maybe it’s just my mail carrier. UPS, if it’s raining, normally puts packages in a plastic bag. But Ive had packages delivered by my mailman on three different occasions in the past few weeks get absolutely soaked because they were placed out in the open. Luckily, the things inside only got wet on their packaging, but still. Once the package was placed under the eaves, at least, but the driving rain still got to it. Grrrr.

And to keep this cc related, I tried to buy some large sized Adidas shoes with my Freedom, and payment was denied. I figured I probably mistyped the number. I used a different Chase card (biz this time) and it went through. Shortly afterwards I got the fraud alert from Chase asking if I recognized he first attempted charge. Uh, yup. Apparently Chase doesn’t think this slightly over 60 grandma should be buying size 12 men’s shoes. I appreciate the caution, Chase, but it’s Christmas time, and my grandson inherited our family’s HUGE feet. (Son is size 14!)

I am a huge Adam Lambert fan too. And I loved Idol for a long time, but stopped watching too. Decided to try again last year and was surprised that I liked it again. The judges do make a difference.

I'm not even sure they let in even 20 people from the SB line and that line had to have hundreds of people in it. Like I'm guessing it was easily 300+ and that was an hour before the show when we were going to line up for the dining packages. That line was already super long and tons were seated before us. If we hadn't of gotten those 3 added on, there is no way my dd and ds's would have gotten seats.

So glad that works out for you getting the extra seats! Beautiful pictures too!

I’d be a little nervous taking the baby that early to Disney. I feel like a lot of stuff gets spread around there easily. I can always ask the pediatrician what she/he thinks. I plan to carry the baby majority of the time.

My wife and I brought our 3 week old to EPCOT after UCF homecoming 3 years ago....it was stressful for her not going to lie. Although EPCOT was her favorite baby station.

You have 30 days after it expires to renew and the start date remains the day after the old AP expiration regardless of when you renew.
