Well he is literally in bed with a Chase Executive. Ok, that evokes images we probably don't want in our head. 🙈🙈 He is engaged to a person that works at Chase, though I don't know exactly how high up he is.
ahh didn't know this gossip lol I do know he has the most sign up referrals I wonder if that's how he met his SO.

For what it's worth his fiancé is probably a nobody at Chase. He's listed as a Vice President...but you know who else is a Vice President at a bank...ME, lol (and I'm a NOBODY). 🤣 🤣 🤣 He's a Private Client Advisor I believe, which probably makes him a nobody, lol.

 BLAH. At least my AF is due before April so possibly one more year before I kiss this card goodbye. Doordash? Argh. Lyft? possibly of some use once in a while for me...but not much. ARGH. There is no way I'm paying that AF for those 'perks'. I realize not all of us here feel the same but unless they offer a significant benefit I'm out. As noted in an earlier post...I'm glad I got in on the ground floor (x2!) when I did...no regrets as I got a LOT of value out of these. I'll have to figure it out when the time comes I guess.

Well you are right to be suspicious of their IT! My dh’s account is still not right. They got him back on our room, added his AP back and fixed his FPs for the trip but none of the photopass pics that he scanned his band for, showed up in our MM. Also his band never worked to open the door at the resort so something still is wonky there. I’m waiting to call Disney about that though until they fix the Disney+ because I’m sure they’ll break something else in the process 🤦‍♀️
I feel for you...Disney IT is the WORST. A couple of years back when we had a big trip planned I spent way too many hours on the phone trying to fix their incompetence. It kind of soured me on any major Disney trips for a while...just so sick of all the technology.

They say to allow 24 hours, I think. I even called them to ask because my cousin was in Orlando and wanting to go into USO that day and they said it is all dependent on when the tickets are sent to them from Uni. They don't have an inventory of tix sitting ready to send out. However, all our Disney tix have arrived by email very fast.

Thanks! I should have a plan in place better before our trip. I was just thinking what if theyre calling for rain one day, and we’re limited in when we can go since I want to avoid the weekend.

"These changes include a swap from an upfront price to an estimated price range for those requesting non-Pool rides. The final price for your ride will be calculated at the end of the trip, rather than before you actually request it. . . . they will also be discontinuing some Uber Rewards benefits for California trips, such as price protection on a ride and flexible cancellations."

It’s like they want to go out of business.

More reason to push me to lyft on vacation as long as they don't follow suit. 10x.ur, dl and hilton points all earned on each ride. 15% off with the thing is better than the 10% lyft normally offers me as promo. I'm sold!

I am in a similar situation with trips booked thru the end of the year on DWs CSR that I don't want to lose the insurance on.

So yeah, whilst I am not happy at the extra $100 AF, the CSR probably still has some value to us.

I will definitely keep mine...we used over 400k URs on various Marriott 2 br villas last year and will do around the same this year

Ahhh, well honestly..... the insurance aspect always sounds good to me, but never once actually had to use it...only went into a PP lounge once.... I know it's ridiculous the things I never bothered to use.....:rotfl2: I'd just get a csp for the lesser coverage and live with it

Speaking of PC to CSR. I PC in July and AF was charged on Dec 1 similar to what others are reporting. I see my travel credit will reset after my closing date in July. Will my AF post then or in December? Like most of you I don't think this a good, but I'll at least get the $60 of food. I redeemed over 400k UR on the portal last year and most likely will do so again. So losing the 1.5x would be huge. I'll play the double dip travel credit game. I had DH get a CSP in August so he will PC to the CSR when I downgrade mine.

Your travel credit will now reset independent of your AF. So your AF shouldn’t get charged until Dec again. One of the joys of the upgrade/downgrade game 😉 👍

Does anyone have the US Bank Altitude reserve? I have never paid a fee that high, but it looks like I could get $325 travel credit (could use for car rental in Oahu) and $817 worth of rewards dollars after the MSR (that I could use for a couple of nights before we stay at Aulani) for that $400 fee? I haven't dealt with a US Bank card in a gazillion years, but I have been a US Bank checking customer for 5.5 years now.
I am looking for something to go with my CIP I will be applying for, I have a big chunk of spend coming up now, and in the next few months.
