Ok, based on recent comments my next statement will make me ultimate dictator, king, messiah, whatever head position of the shun corner FOREVER.

I have never read any Harry Potter book and I have only seen the first two movies

What is a good quiz to start with? I am curious what house I should be

I'll have to join you in whatever shun corner you are sent to...I'm not even curious what house I'd be in...

Joining you all! Never read a word and never want to. Never watched a movie though I've seen pieces walking through the living room while Mom watches. The HP stuff is no more my cup of tea than Star Wars, which I haven't seen anything since the first 3 movies when I was little. In fact to dig myself deeper, I have a screenshot on my phone of a friends easy explanation of what side is what in SW I can reference when I forget and/or get confused. Needless to say I do see the irony when I wear my Darth Vader socks I got at DLP but they didn't have anything for being the rebel spy, and as I was confused, those were the one's I got. But they were grey, red and black so part of the appeal along with I much prefer DV and the storm troopers to the other side. But will take baby yoda and the ewoks. I also prefer star tours in french so I don't have to try and understand it

I can appreciate the HP part at USO, it's well done but I don't need to do the rides. I think Galaxy's Edge is done better but I wanted to smack our waiter at Oga's for coming up behind me and whispering in my ear at least twice despite knowing I was only there for my friend. I am looking forward to ROTR at DLR in March but only cause I want to see the room with all the storm troopers and I hope I can do something other than be an engineer on smugglers run, but I did enjoy it cause it's interactive and I had something to do

I'll go back to my own corner now because I have books, snacks and movies that I like

But you have to read all those words to figure out the details. I only read books about personal finance, early retirement and other related topics - and only 1 week a year on our beach trip.

The Harry Potter books are great to read on a plane--the story draws you in and makes you forget how many hours you've been stuck in the same seat. When my kids were abroad and I was in London on a semi-regular basis I would always buy a HP book to read on the plane back. The story is mostly the same, except for those interesting British-isms like "jumper" for "sweater."

When the muggle prime minster finds out about the wizarding world my PoliSci obsessed International Relations major self squealed like a 13yo! ...the depth of my anger that they did not include that chapter in the movie was... embarrassing...

I see your parents have the Explorer card. Have they looked around for saver fares?

Also, if this is a card with benefits they don’t use, it might save them some money to call and PC to the no fee United MileagePlus rewards card the next time their AF comes up.

OMG So I have to eat my former words... I just texted them to ask if their card has an AF and he said it DOES! "It started in the second year"!!! I'm in shock.

So now I'll have to find out precisely which one it is, what benefits it has, whether they use said benefits, and find out if a PC is a good idea for them. Wow. Wow wow wow.

Just saw a comment on reddit award travel that said that (maybe) ANA passengers arriving at NRT from a first class flight get some sort of expedited procedure or line for immigration. Any chance @calypso726 can shed any light? The ANA website doesn't specifically answer that question. Might be nice if it'll shave a few minutes when we land there.

I've only half watched a few movies and I think we're on book 5 and have been for, um, 2+ years now. My other kids have read the books, but I am, or was, reading to my youngest son.

I do know I am Ravenclaw, as are my littles.

I was going to start the Game of Thrones books but then I learned that the author is unlikely to ever finish writing the series. And then everyone who was watching the series seemed to hate the ending. So at the moment I'm not feeling too bad about being left out of the GoT world.
