Do you have any other Chase personal cards you could move CL over to the SW? It can be temporary just to get the PC, can always move it back to the other card after. Can do that part through SM and then just call in again to PC once it's up to 5k.

For the SW flight, if you click on the flight in your account (or go through Manage Reservations) when it shows the passengers there's a couple links underneath the name. If there's no RR number attached it should show a link to add there.

The problem was he wasn't in my account. I always book everyone separately and one way. Then I can cancel and change easier. It didn't show in his account or my account. So there wasn't any links

Did you have to call to close PNC? I've been meaning to close my account.

You can go through SM. I SMed and they responded with a few things I had to send back - reason and address.

I dont think so they have made me pay with my AMEX platinum almost everytime I used it .

Amex personal platinum does count against your 5/24!!

eta: I think you are confusing that Amex charge cards do not count in the 5 credit card Amex limit...

Thankfully I had an open slot so I went for it and I am now the holder of a personal AmEx card. This was the first time I had gotten an offer as high as 70K MR and I won't be able to put much spend on any cards after February, so I kind of thought it was now or never (I was good to AmEx in November and December with spend on my existing cards).

How soon can I apply for the biz platinum? Is it 30 days?

They list what account they came from. Does he have 2 different ones for same account? Or did you do bank bonus? Actually, you did the mortgage if I remember correctly, one could be from that also.

I didn’t realize it says what account it’s from. Dh only has one account though. We didn’t do any bank bonuses but we did do the mortgage. They gave us points for that. We have to check to see how many they gave us because we can’t remember. What about for supports? If you support a CIP you get 20,000 points. Will that show up as $200?

Yes. $200 for each support.

Technically, you still sort of do have an open */24 slot. Amex won't report this or any other new [personal] card until the close of the second statement. Until the personal Plat shows up on your credit reports, Chase doesn't know you have a new card. That gives you another 1-2 months before you're officially 5/24 in Chase's eyes.

I don't know, maybe. Since I've had my card I've only stayed at Park Hyatt and Centric. I didn't realize until after we got home from Paris that I got a free bottle of water per day, oops. I did take advantage of it at the Centric though. Just wish it was for the number of people in the room instead of 1 per day.

Also wasn't sure since it's one of the benefits that has a * next to it but I couldn't find where that explanation was even after looking through the terms and conditions which is why I asked.

There's a 7-11 down the street from it but I don't think we'll have time to walk down there and while there's complimentary grocery shopping I hate to say, yes I'd like 1 20 oz bottle of coke and 4 bottles of water. So if we don't I'll just get it downstairs or at the parks. It's not a big deal to refill my reusable at qs anyway. Or they may have something at breakfast that is included that we can get water from.

Most concerned with getting from the airport to the HH to In & Out to eat early enough to make dinner at Lamplight that evening at 630 work My friends flight gets in at 1215 and I'm hoping I can convince her, even with her connection, to just carry on since it's only 3 nights but she didn't at WDW but she didn't have to get her bag there so I'm hoping that was the difference. Also not expecting to get to our room until the pixar after hour party that night but fingers crossed the room is ready early.

did u have to amend your taxes last year? they gave me a 1099 for that i think.
i only had one referral bonus last year and i got one for that too.

Are your points balances all correct? To me it looks like they took out the 80k from the "Other bonus and rewards" category and credited to the new "New card bonus" category. That category didn't exist before and the sign up bonuses were all lumped into that "Other" category. It looks to me that they want to split out the new card bonus from other promotions.

I think it's just an accounting thing for tracking. If your points balances are all correct I don't think they're taking away anything. There's been sporadic questions on r/churning about it. Didn't see a good answer but no one posted a picture. Here's one that mentions the points balances are correct:
