Are people not fans of the Tim Tracker?

This thread made me curious what everyone is looking for in a Disney vlogger?
- News & gossip?
- Food & drinks around the parks?
- Character experiences (Brian Hull makes me laugh)
- Ride experiences
- Being the first to new lands/rides
- General tips on touring
- Special events
- Hotels
- Full trip reports
- Is there a preference for locals who can go often or those who (can) only visit once a year, or a few times a year?
- Solo/couple/family vloggers?
For me it's all about construction updates. My favorite vlogs right are any that show updates to best coaster coming to Florida. I will say I that it does seem strange to me that a lot of Disney fans don't take much interest in construction updates on new attractions.

Good point.
Disneyland Paris is my home park, and I indeed have zero interest in the construction going on at the Studios. Maybe when it's closer to an opening date. Although, first to open is the new Marvel area and that's not my franchise. Probably when they start working on the Frozen area, I will get more interested.

I was at WDW during the soft opening of the New Fantasyland in 2012, which I knew far in advance, but it wasn't short before I left for my trip that I started looking up information about the new rides and about how soft openings worked. Back then I didn't watch vlogs.

I generally like news and analysis, so Mickey Views and DSNY Newscast are my favorite on You Tube. But I'll occasionally watch Tim Tracker when I just want to walk around the parks and can't get there in person :-).

I said before, one of my favorite youtube channels to watch is 4K WDW. All this person does is take videos and there's no talking. Very clear picture/sound.
I can sit and watch them walk around Epcot at night (or day) and just soak in the sights and sounds. And they are nice and long too - 30 minutes to 45 usually.
They also do resort tours just the same. You hear the music, they walk everywhere.
They do Skyliner rides (I can now repeat the overhead spiel), monorail rides, walks from hotels to parks, everything!

I really enjoy those for when I just want to zone out and pretend I'm on vacation.

Otherwise TimTracker resort/park tours are my favorite because I find him funny. Nothing against his wife, I just like him better alone.

I watch vloggers to see people enjoying the parks. I know more than most of them as far as information goes, so I'm watching to see "the parks". We tend to watch vloggers who don't have kids since we don't (the Trackers being the lone exception).

We live far from Disney, so any glimpse into the park is a delight. Though there are some vloggers I don't watch because their delivery isn't my cup of tea.

We actually watch a lot of UK vloggers because I find their take on things wholly fascinating. I especially love that they take such long trips, and we LOVE watching them shop at Walmart and how excited they get over things we find mundane...like the weird flavors of Oreos or M&Ms.

The ones we currently enjoy:
TheTimTracker (have actually enjoyed his non Disney Central Florida vlogs and have planned trips based on things we saw and had a great time!)
Bookish Princess
TheLodgeGuys (I find them hilarious and so much fun!)
KrispySmore
SuperEnthused (SOOO enthusiastic. It's infectious!)
WorldofMicah
Becky&Lloyd
L&R Dreaming

We're now to judging eating habits, not feeding their kid organic food, and sugar content of mickey waffles.

View attachment 523494

Well, Tim was the one who made a comment about the sugar content of Mickey waffles. So I guess he is the petty one?

I wasn't judging, just making a point. I don't personally care what they feed the kid. I don't eat completely organic, sugar free, healthy, blah blah blah myself. I'm not a food Nazi. Was just making a point that the waffle comment was ridiculous, considering what I've seen them feed the kid in the videos I've watched.

That Mickey waffle had no more sugar in it than that nasty, jarred, Gerber baby food they feed the kid. $2k/night resort stays, new Tesla, $450,000 house, Gucci sweater; but they can't feed their kid $4/pouch organic baby food. Or you know make their own. Heck there is probably a meal service out there for it these days.

For the record, I believe they can spend their $$ any way they see fit. I defended him about that ugly Gucci sweater & still do. They can do as they please & I don't begrudge anyone on how they spend the $$ they make. I'm just making a point that like MANY, MANY THINGS in the Tracker world, they are completely virtue signaling with that stupid waffle comment. When the camera isn't rolling I guarantee that kid is getting bites of the 2 dozen Publix cookies they buy that disappear in one weekend.

I was a long time subscriber who quit them within the last year after I did some homework. Probably wouldn't hurt to look into who these two actually are when the camera isn't rolling.

I did a meal service type thing with my youngest and it was amazing. I’m actually surprised they don’t do it. It wasn’t really that expensive and everything tasted so much better than pouches or jars from the store.

Am I the only one who saw them making tons of homemade baby food?

Links to vlogs? I'm legitimately asking, not being sarcastic. I only watch sparingly now (usually when someone mentions something specific they showed in a video I want to see), so it's possible I could have missed it. But every single home vlog I have watched they were feeding Gerber. It just always stuck out to me because I really thought they would be the type to buy something from Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc just to show the camera because they are so "hip".

all of this. agree. they are very phony. Love the dirt that has come up on them recently. the YB channel Florida resident edits is so awesome.

I would say the majority of their home vlogs either mention the homemade food or show them making it, storing it, etc.

I know they've mentioned making their own baby food and pretty sure they've shown it (including the frozen tray thingy they use to portion out the food after it's made). They even discussed bringing the jarred baby food for convenience even though they preferred the homemade. Whether they tend to feed SOLELY the homemade stuff and occasionally sub in the Gerber, or feed just the jarred Gerber stuff and sometimes use homemade, I couldn't begin to tell you. Or whether the jarred stuff is pricey organic Whole Food's baby food. Don't know and don't care. That baby is well loved and cared for and freaking adorable.

More home vloggers do that. Probably because cooking is something you have to do everyday and therefore creates new content each day.
It is not the most creative to do, but it does help for those who vlog daily. In a normal life not every day is filled with exciting new things. Cooking you can be as creative as you want.

I thought they were substituting Beechnut for homemade for convenience. Tim showed that it had only real ingredients and no preservatives, etc. I know nothing about baby food. My kids are 24 and 25 and we adopted them when they were 5 and 6, so we never had to worry about baby food. Is Beechnut better? I’ll trust you all as experts on that matter.

I was answering the question of if they made homemade baby food.

I don’t know how TT stays so slim, their diet looks terrible- fried foods every day etc.

Interesting that you say this because in today's vlog, that shirt wasn't very flattering on him.
