When do you eat your Thanksgiving leftovers?
(multiple choice)

For Me……Today’s the day.
We always have a second Thanksgiving meal the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Whatever is left over from today gets thrown out. We have been eating the desserts everyday since Thanksgiving and those will also get thrown out after today - we don‘t need to eat them anymore, especially when DD18 and I will be starting our Christmas cookie baking soon 😜

We would start the next day until gone or put in the freezer . I try to sent the leftover home with people so we don’t have much left.

We officially had leftovers for dinner Friday night, but we'll keep picking at them as long as they last!

Probably Friday. We were at Vince's and took very little home with us. No desserts, by choice.

Friday morning I cooked the turkey down for soup and put that in the freezer for later meals.
Yesterday I made a ham, onion & potato casserole w/ leftover ham & potatoes.
In between we picked and ate at random leftovers. I'll ditch what small amounts might be left this evening.
Any turkey that is left I'll make turkey salad for lunch tomorrow or freeze for use in future soups or whatever.
Tossed the leftover pies that no one has touched since Thursday evening out this morning.
Somehow this year we got the math right on quantities and didn't have a ton of leftovers or the need to toss a lot of leftovers. Wasn't on purpose, I'm a big over cooker! But somehow it worked out.

Friday was leftover sandwiches and turkey soup. We start cooking the stock as soon as we carve up the bird on Thursday. Yesterday, we picked at a few remaining leftovers and today we’ll pitch anything that’s left (there’s not much left now)

Due to work conflicts we didn't even do Thanksgiving until last night. So today will be our first chance at what few leftovers there are. We really have worked to reduce leftovers.

I had left overs for supper Thursday night, a turkey/dressing/cranberry sandwich for lunch Fri, leftovers with added turnip greens (we didn't have those for Thanksgiving) for lunch yesterday and will finish it off with a sandwich for lunch today. Hubby only has a little turkey left over and didn't eat any yesterday. We had creamed corn as a side for lunch on Thurs. but I'm not a fan so didn't have any of it for any of my meals after the first one, hubby ate what was left on Sat. Hubby doesn't eat dressing or cranberry and only the dark meat so I had all the white meat/dressing/cranberry for myself.

We start Thanksgiving Night - straight on to today - making dumplings with the body tonight - I believe others call them dropped noodles
I will take what little left overs we have and make turkey casserole
Per my in house food expert - it’s good for FOUR days !! So we have a lot to eat by Monday night !!! Turkey casserole does not freeze well nor do Turkey & Dumplings
Since I’m not cooking anything else for lunch or dinner - I think we will be ok !! Froze a bunch of meat already.

We’re eating our Thanksgiving leftovers tomorrow night because I already have other leftovers to eat tonight.

We did leftover on Saturday, as we pushed thanksgiving back to Friday. I love thanksgiving leftovers and i am kind of sad when we do Thanksgiving out of town at a restaurant

We had some Friday, then finished them last night while watching the marathon of Kevin Costner’s ”Yellowstone.” Really great show!
